This blog and website will detail the trials and tribulations of a couple DC-area mediocre runners. We’ll be running, crossfitting, climbing, hiking, backpacking, and other random activities that will not blow anyone away. Our mile splits will average between 8 – 10 minutes, we’ll scale most crossfit workouts, and we haven’t even attempted the other things yet. We’ll get there. After all, we strive to be decent.
